We strictly do not refund deposits for canceled orders. You can always reschedule your balloon decoration in case there’s a chance on your event date. Please inform us as early as possible so we can prepare any changes to your ordered balloon decorations.

Technically, we can set up your balloon decorations earlier than the event date, but we can’t vouch for their longevity. We always recommend installing balloon decorations on the same day to ensure their best form and appearance.

At Fashion Balloons, we only use high-quality balloon materials for our arrangements. If you have pre-purchased balloons somewhere, we can still use them, but we won’t cover any quality issues that may occur during the event. Also, we will charge the same fee, regardless of whether you provided the balloon materials or not.

For long-lasting balloon decor, simply order your preferred arrangement, and we will provide everything. We have latex balloons, foil balloons, printed balloons, and more to match the style of your event.

We only use durable balloons to ensure that they will last for hours during your bat mitzvah or other events. For our helium balloons, we spray them with Hi-Float, so they will remain inflated for hours. However, you should remember that the longevity of our balloon decorations also depends on the temperature and installation site.
